What should I do before register as a bidder?
  1. Inspect the property

    Conduct an external inspection to check the condition of the property.

  2. Verify Information

    Carry out an official land search and inquire the developer or management office for any questions.

  3. Request the Auction Documents

    Request Proclamation of Sale(POS),Conditions of Sale (COS) and Online Terms and Conditions.Don't forget to register your details before the auction.

Who should I contact if I need help during the auction process?

Our Admin team is available to guide and support you for the auction process. You can contact us for any assistance.

What happens if I don’t win the auction?

The 10% deposit will be returned to unsuccessful bidders. For successful bidders, withdrawal from the auction is not allowed otherwise the deposit will be forfeited.

What loan or finance option available for auction properties ?

You can apply for a bank loan for the balance payment, pay in cash or withdraw up to 10% of KWSP funds after winning the auction, subject to approval and the applicable rules.

Who is eligible to participate in property auctions in Malaysia ?

Local buyers, including first-time buyers, can participate in property auctions. Foreign buyers may also join, but must comply with auction rules and obtain prior written approval from the relevant State Authority under Section 433B of the National Land Code 1965.
